It is never too late to give your child the gift of healthy sleep habits! As your child grows they are constantly learning and developing new strategies to get the things they need and want from the world around them. Sometimes it’s a cute behavior, like a funny face to make you smile. Other times they are pushing boundaries and using negative behavior to get what they want. Examples of these tactics include asking for one more drink, one more story, more snuggles, etc. With this support package we will work together to create a plan that works best for your toddler and your family.YOUR $750 INVESTMENT INCLUDES:• An Extensive Evaluation: I will provide a questionnaire for you to complete. This will give me with everything I need to know regarding your toddler’s sleep habits and routines. I will also have you take note of their diet/eating times for 1 week. • Customized Sleep Plan: I will create a customized sleep plan based on the information you provide in our initial call and the questionnaire. This will be sent over to you shortly before our consultation as well as any additional supporting information pertaining to your toddler.• Private Phone/Zoom Consultation: Approximately 45-60 minutes. We will go over any questions you may have regarding the sleep plan, as well as how to address nap, bedtime, night wakings, etc. This call is to ensure you go into night 1 feeling calm and confident!• Sleep Log: I will send a sleep log via Google Docs where you can document your child’s progress. I will look at this daily and provide any necessary notes. This is a great way for me to get a feel for how things are going and to make adjustments to the sleep plan as needed.• Support: You will have 3 weeks of unlimited support via Voxer App and e-mail. All messages/e-mails will be responded to within one business day or sooner. We will also scheduled six 20 minute phone calls throughout our 3 weeks working together.
