Congratulations on your new family member! This package is designed for parents who are in the third trimester or just brought their baby home and want to get off to the right start! During the first few months you and baby are just getting acquainted. You are learning their unique sleep cues and they are beginning to learn what is expected. With my guidance we will establish a healthy routine and sleep habits for your little one!

• Infant Sleep Education Phone Call: Approximately 60-90 minutes. We will discuss newborn sleep needs, sleep cues, establishing a routine, the importance of wake windows, and strategies that encourage healthy sleep habits.
• Detailed Newborn Healthy Sleep Skills Guide: After our consultation, I will provide you with a customized guide that will contain everything we have discussed.
• Virtual nursery walkthrough: This is to ensure the nursery is set up for optimal (and safe!) sleep for your little one! In-home consultation and nursery walkthrough are available locally for an additional fee.
• Follow-up: Three 15 minute phone calls. We will cover any issues you might be having or any questions that have come up since we last spoke.
1. 2 weeks postpartum
2. 6-8 weeks postpartum
3. 10-12 weeks postpartum
• E-mail support: You have 4 e-mails to use up until your baby is 12 weeks old. They will be answered within one business day. Use these for any questions you may have outside of our phone calls.
